A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER CHANGES TO THE PAYMENT IN LIEU OF PROVIDING RECREATION AREA PROVISIONS OF THE LAND USE MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE (2006-01-09/R-8)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council calls a Public Hearing for 7:00 pm on Monday, March 20, 2006, in the Chapel Hill Town Hall, to consider amending Section 5.5.2 (d) of the Land Use Management Ordinance and refers the proposed amendment to the Town Manager, Parks and Recreation Commission, Greenways Commission, and the Planning Board for an opportunity to comment and make recommendations.
