SUMMARY OF PLANNING BOARD ACTION

Subject:                      Recommendations for the Preparation of a 2005-2006 Sidewalks and Bicycle Facilities Construction Plan

Meeting Date:            November 1, 2005

Recommendation:     The Planning Board supports the recommendation made by the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board.

Aye:                            Ruby Sinreich, Rebecca Boyles, Margaret Campion, George Cianciolo,                                           Timothy Dempsey,    Nancy Milio, Mitch Strobin, and James Stroud

Note:   The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board recommendation is as follows:

            That the Town continues to work on the remaining projects not yet constructed or             scheduled for construction from the approved 2004-2005 Construction Plan. In addition that the next twelve projects from the Town’s Sidewalk Priority List be added to the          unfinished 2004-2005 list to replace the projects which have been constructed or are           scheduled for construction.
