WHEREAS, the Town is engaging in a process to develop a master technology plan for the Town of Chapel Hill; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council and Town staff are committed to providing a high level of citizen information and customer services; and
WHEREAS, the services of a technology planning professional would help meet those goals;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Town Manager is authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of the Town with RHJ Associates, Inc. for technology needs assessment services at a cost not to exceed $42,000.
