A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES (2006-11-06/R-3)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

1. Minutes September 11, 18, 2006.
2. Resolution Scheduling Public Forum on Public Access Fee (R-4)
3. Amendment to the Revolving Acquisition Fund (O-1).
4. Response to Petition requesting Town Assistance with National Register Historic District Expansion (R-5).
