BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council calls a public forum for November 20, 2006, to receive comments on whether the supplemental public access rate should be: adjusted for inflation to 78 cents per month; continued at the present rate of 76 cents per month; reduced; or eliminated.
