ORDINANCE

(Rezoning to TC-3 zoning)

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CHAPEL HILL ZONING ATLAS FOR THE GREENBRIDGE DEVELOPMENT (Orange County Parcel Identifier Numbers (9788-06-5324,  9788-06-6235, 9788-06-6277, 9788-06-6297, 9788-06-6325, 9788-06-7213, and 9788-06-7383)

 

WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill has considered the application of Greenbridge Developments, LLC, to amend the Zoning Atlas to rezone property described below from Town Center-2 (TC-2) to the newly created Town Center-3-Conditional (TC-3-C) zoning, and finds that the amendment is warranted, in order to achieve the purposes of the Comprehensive Plan;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Chapel Hill Zoning Atlas be amended as follows:

 

SECTION I

 

That the site, identified as Orange County Parcel Identifier Numbers 9788-06-5324, 9788-06-6325, 9788-06-6235, 9788-06-6277, 9788-06-7383, 9788-06-6297, and 9788-06-7213, that is currently zoned Town Center-2 (TC-2) located on a 1.32-acre, seven lot assemblage, on the south side of West Rosemary Street between Merritt Mill Road and North Graham Street, shall be rezoned from Town Center-2 (TC-2) to the proposed TC-3-C zoning.

 

SECTION II

 

That all ordinances and portions of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
