BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:
Section 1. Section 21-27 of the Town Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by adding the following new section:
“Sec. 21-27.2.5. Parking allowed during special events”
Section 2. Section 21-27.2.5 of the Town Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:
a) “Parking is allowed on east side of North Roberson Street between West Rosemary Street and Mitchell Lane during special events at the Hargraves Community Center. For purposes of this paragraph, a special event is defined as any activity other than normal programming as determined by the administrative staff at the Hargraves Community Center.”
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective April 30, 2007.
