Tonight, the Council may make appointments to three vacancies on the Planning Board, two to be effective July 1, 2007. If the Council has enacted Ordinance #9 (Agenda Item 10- Changes to Planning Board Composition, Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction Membership – LUMO Text Amendment) then the Council may appoint an additional applicant.
The Planning Board’s May 7 recommendation is attached.
