Overview of Carolina North Master Plan
- 30-minute presentation designed to outline, identify key
elements and significant features, and provide a common framework
(language, concepts, terminology, etc.) for a collaborative discussion
- Purpose should not be to sell, persuade, or market
Carolina North, but to explain the concept and identify key elements
- Update of Long Range Transit Plan and Fiscal Impact Study
- 15-minute question/discussion period for purposes of
eliciting additional information and clarifying information and
assumptions
