MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT:       Development Application: Woodmont

DATE:             April 16, 2008

The Commission voted (8-1) to recommend adoption of the Master Land Use Plan and the phase one Special Use Permit.  The Commission further recommended that wording be added to Resolution A of the Special Use Permit that would allow a payment-in-lieu of Recreation Space in the event that conditions change and the developer elects to make a partial payment.

Faith Nager voted no. She reported that she believed the applicant should provide some indoor recreation venue as part of the project.
