SUBJECT:       Development Application: Woodmont

DATE:             March 26, 2008

The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to recommend that the Council adopt both the Master Land Use Plan and the Resolution A related to the first phase Special Use Permit. The Commission recommended that language be inserted in Resolution A for the Special Use Permit that would allow a payment in lieu for unmet recreation space requirements, if needed.

Commission members voting yes were:  Glen Parks, Chair; Jim Earnhardt, Vice Chair; Mary-Ann Freedman, Mary Blake, and Reed Huegerich   Absent: Christine Berndt, Gary  Galloway  

A quorum was present.
