PURPOSE
The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend that the Council’s consideration of the UNC Innovation Center Special Use Permit application be delayed to the Council’s January 26, 2009 business meeting.
BACKGROUND
On November 17, 2008, we received a request (attached) from the University of North Carolina requesting that the Council continue the public hearing on the above application to January 26, 2009.
RECOMMENDATION
We recommend that the Council adopt the attached Resolution to continue the public hearing for the UNC Innovation Center Use Permit Application to January 26, 2009.
