Agenda Item: Public Hearing: Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendment - Consistency in Consideration of Gravel as Impervious Surface
Background: The attached staff memorandum provides background information and analysis of a proposed text amendment to the Land Use Management Ordinance to define gravel as impervious surface area outside the Watershed Protection District.
Fiscal Note: We believe that this change in regulations will have little or no fiscal impact.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council open the Public Hearing, receive comment regarding the attached Ordinance to amend the Land Use Management Ordinance. [See also Town Manager’s Memorandum]
