Title of Agenda Item: Report: Land Use Management Ordinance Text correction – the removal of the Use Matrix footnote regarding duplexes in particular residential zoning districts
Background: The attached staff memorandum provides background information and analysis of a proposed correction to the Land Use Management Ordinance to clarify where duplex construction is allowed.
Fiscal Note: We believe that this text correction will have little or no fiscal impact.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council receive this report about correcting an error in the Land Use Management Ordinance.
