Title of Agenda Item: Recommended 2009-2010 Capital Fund Program for Public Housing Renovations and Resident Services
Background: The attached staff memorandum includes information on the proposed 2009-2010 plan for use of the Capital Fund Program grant that we expect to receive from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Fiscal Note: We have not received notification from HUD of the amount of the 2009-2010 Capital Fund grant. However, we have developed a proposed plan based on the 2008-2009 grant amount of $578,700.
Staff Recommendation(s): That the Council adopt the attached resolution approving an Annual Statement for the 2009-2010 Capital Fund Program.
