Title of Agenda Item:Report on Transportation Impact Analysis Related to the Carolina North Development
Background: The attached (staff) memorandum background information on Transportation Impact Analysis report related to the Carolina North development. The draft report is now available and posted on the Town website on May 5. The Town staff and the Town Consultant will make a presentation of the report at tonight’s Council meeting.
Fiscal Note: No fiscal impact identified at this time.
Recommendation(s): That the Council will consider the report and provide input on the TIA report. The TIA report will be finalized before May 21 based on the Council’s guidance.
