| Background: On January 25, 2010, the Council received and referred a Council petition proposing the Town consider regulating cell phone use by operators of motor vehicles and consider a public forum to receive comment on the issue. The attached resolution would schedule a Public Forum for February 22, 2010, to receive public comment regarding concerns related to the use of cell phones by operators of motor vehicles. | |||
