SUBJECT: Appointments to the Special Committee to Consider Renaming Airport Road

On September 13, 2004, the Council made appointments to the Special Committee to Consider Renaming Airport Road. A schedule for the Committee meetings has been determined and three (3) members are unable to commit to participation in these meetings. All eligible applicants on file for the two categories that need to be filled were contacted to confirm their ability to participate in the Committee meetings. Those that are available are listed on the ballot.
Tonight, the Council may make appointments to three (3) vacancies on the Special Committee to Consider Renaming Airport Road.
