SUBJECT:Quarterly Update of Council Goals

At the Council Planning Session on January 13, 2005, the Council established its goals and priorities for the year. The attached update is provided on these goals and priorities.
We note that the proposed implementation plan is for the calendar year. For example, a target timetable date of “First Quarter, 2005” refers to the period January-March 2005.
The Council has scheduled a work session on October 12, 2005 to review the status of these goals.
