Arts, Crafts, Entertainers

Application fee for Arts & Crafts, Children’s Activity, and Non Profit organizations is $85 for residents, $100 for non-residents. Fees for Food Vendors vary per booth size. Entertainers apply with no fee. Postmark deadline for application has been extended to Friday, August 1, 2008. For more information, please call (919) 968-2787 ext. 211.

Arts & Crafts Monetary Best in Show Award to be presented at event.

Return your completed application along with photos and/or audio/video tape, and the exhibit fee by mail or in person to:

Application must be POSTMARKED or dropped off by FRIDAY, AUGUST 1, 2008 AT 5:00 PM.

Applications received after the deadline will be subject to a $25 late fee. If more applications are received than we have space, our selection process will consider date application is received and criteria for participation.
