Southern Community Park: Located south of Southern Village and
Scroggs Elementary school, development of Southern Community Park is currently underway.
The park will include a variety of elements including natural surface trails and the extension
of the Fan Branch Greenway to Dogwood Acres Drive. Anticipated completion of the park is summer
2008 (soccer fields will open in fall 2009).
