Rosemary Place Affordable Townhomes, Meadowmont As of April 2003
In the Spring of 2000, the Orange County Housing and Community Land Trust (OCHCLT) was granted a Special Use Permit by the Town of Chapel Hill to provide thirty-two townhomes in the Meadowmont development affordable to first time home-buyer County residents earning less than 80% of the Area Median Income.
