Purpose: The purpose of the Comprehensive Housing Rehabilitation Program is to repair housing code violations in homes that are owned and occupied by low- and moderate-income residents of the Northside neighborhood. Eligible homeowners receive no-interest, forgivable loans from the Town to cover the cost of the repairs.
