The Town-owned Wallace Parking Deck is located on the north side of East Rosemary Street just west of Henderson Street. A Town-owned parcel to the east of the deck at Henderson and Rosemary Streets is located behind the Old Post Office, an area in the Historic District.
12-hour pedestrian counts taken in 2003 totaled 1,514 at Henderson and Rosemary Streets. 12-hour bicycle counts at this location totaled 263 in 2003.
