About the Consultant
The Town has contracted with John Stainback, managing partner with Stainback Public/Private Real Estate, to help the Town develop a land use and building program, manage the developer solicitation and selection process and negotiate a development agreement. The Town's contract with SPPRE also involves other firms.
Economics Research Associates (ERA) will conduct a market demand analysis as an initial step in the process. Other firms that would be involved in subsequent phases of the project are HKS Architects out of Dallas, Texas, which is to develop master plan drawings, and Designvision of Lafayette, La., which would produce three-dimensional computer illustrations of master plan concepts.
