Downtown Design Workshop Summary Report (May 2002)
The Report summarizes design concepts developed by the public at
design workshops in February and March 2002. The workshops focused on Town Parking Lots 2 and 5 and other key parcels in the Town Center. The Town Council received the report but has not formally endorsed any of the concepts.
The Land Use Management Ordinance establishes development standards such as parking requirements, setbacks, zoning tables, and other regulations.
