Summer 2005: The Town is entering into development agreement negotiations with the selected developer, Ram Development Co.
Recently...
- The Council on June 15, 2005 selected Ram Development Co. as the preferred developer; the Council met in the Council Chamber with the development team on June 20 and June 29 to discuss design issues.
- The Town issued a developer Request for Qualifications. The deadline for submittals was January 31, 2005. Six firms responded; five were invited to respond to the Request for Proposals.
- On Monday, June 14, 2004, the Town adopted conceptual master plan options, and approved proceeding to the financial analysis phase.
