AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN DATED 2005-09-26/O-1 (2005-10-24/O-3)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Ordinance Establishing a Position Classification and Pay Plan (2005-09-26/O-1) is amended as follows:

In Section IV, part B, under Elected and Appointed Officials, DELETE the lines

ADD the lines

This ordinance is effective October 1, 2005.
