A RESOLUTION TO RECESS THE COKER HILLS NEIGHBORHOOD CONSERVATION DISTRICT PUBLIC HEARING UNTIL MARCH 5, 2007 (2006-09-27/R-7)

WHEREAS, on May 15, 2006, the Chapel Hill Town Council held a Public Hearing to receive citizen comments on proposed guidelines for a Neighborhood Conservation District; and

WHEREAS, on June 12, 2006, the Council recessed the Public Hearing until September 27, 2006, to allow time for residents of the Coker Hills neighborhood to continue discussion about a Neighborhood Conservation District for the neighborhood;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council recesses the Coker Hills Neighborhood Conservation District Public Hearing until March 5, 2007.
