AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING PARKING AS TO PARTICULAR STREETS (2006-01-23/O-3)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

Section 1. Section 21-27 of the Town Code of Ordinances, "No parking as to particular streets:" is hereby amended by deleting the following:

“Street                          Side                 From                                        To

San Sophia Drive Both Telluride Trail A point 75 feet east

of Telluride Trail

Telluride Trail Both A point 75 feet north of A point 75 feet south

San Sophia Drive of San Sophia Drive”

Section 2.  Section 21-27 of the Town Code of Ordinances, "No parking as to particular streets:" is hereby amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

of Telluride Trail

San Sophia Drive        North Telluride Trail                          A point 164 feet east

Section 3.  This ordinance shall become effective upon adoption.
