SUBJECT: Resolution Endorsing Incorporation of Hillsborough in Mountains to Sea Trail

Hillsborough Mayor Tom Stephens petitioned the Council on January 9 requesting support of two potential routes for the Mountains to Sea Trail as it would go through Orange County. The attached resolution recommends that the State and Friends of the Mountains to Sea Trail select one of the two proposed routes that incorporate Hillsborough Riverwalk into the trail.
