A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER WITH HANNAH UTILITES INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE TOWN OPERATIONS CENTER OFF-SITE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS (2006-03-06/R-4.1)

WHEREAS, the Town of Chapel Hill has awarded a contract with Hannah Utilities Inc. for construction of the Town Operations Center off-site utility improvements; and

WHEREAS, changes in that work are required to complete the project;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Town authorizes the Town Manager to execute Change Order U1, contingent on the review and approval of the North Carolina Department of Transportation, with, Hannah Utilities, Inc., in the amount of $84,919.
