SUBJECT:      Extension of Milton Heath’s term on OWASA Board

DATE:                        March 27, 2006

Milton Heath has asked that the Council extend his current term on the Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) Board.  He would like to wrap up work on two key projects and extend his term for six months, ending on December 31, 2006 instead of June 30, 2006.
