SUBJECT:      Amendment to Council Calendar

DATE:            March 27, 2006

The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend that the Council amend its meeting calendar. Adoption of the attached resolution would do so.

The Council currently has a meeting scheduled for Monday, September 25. The Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber of Commerce’s Foundation for a Sustainable Community sponsored intercity visit to Madison, WI has been scheduled for September 24 through 26.

Adoption of the attached resolution would amend the Council’s calendar to reflect the requested change.
