SUBJECT:      Amendment to Council Calendar

DATE:            April 10, 2006

I will be attending the U.S. Conference of Mayors meeting June 1 through 6, 2006. The Council has a budget work session scheduled for May 31, 2006 at 5:30 p.m. I will appreciate the Council canceling the May 31 work session, the day that I will be traveling. We could schedule another meeting on a different date if necessary.

Adoption of the attached resolution would amend the Council’s calendar to reflect this request.
