          Concept Plan – Summary of Modifications

Dear Kay:

Sunrise Ridge Concept Plan was submitted to the Town in January of this year. After the CDC reviewed the Concept plan in February, the applicant wanted to make a minor revision to the plan. They asked me to remove one duplex (2 units) from the plan. We removed the duplex closest to the Transmission easement, on the southwest side. We also added a trail from the recreation area through this area of the property. The project now has a total of 48 units.
