SUBJECT:      Concept Plan:  Sunrise Ridge Subdivision

DATE:            April 19, 2006

Tonight, the Council considers a Concept Plan for Sunrise Ridge Subdivision.  The site is located between Ginger Road and Interstate 40, east of Sunrise Road, and north of the recently approved Bradley Green Subdivision.

The proposal involves a multi-family development including 24 buildings with 48 units on 19.41 acres. Vehicular access to the site is proposed from Ginger Road and from Amesbury Drive in Chandler’s Green Subdivision. In accordance with the Land Use Management Ordinance, there has been no staff review of this Concept Plan.

We recommend that the Council review this Concept Plan, receive comments from the Community Design Commission and citizens, and adopt a resolution transmitting comments to the applicant.
