AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING TRUCK REGULATIONS (2006-04-24/O-3)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

Section 1. Section 21-6 of the Town Code of Ordinances, “Trucks” is hereby amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

“Street	From	To
Ransom Street	McCauley Street	University Drive
University Drive	Pittsboro Street	Ransom Street
West University Drive	Ransom Street	Westwood Drive
Vance Street	Pittsboro Street	Ransom Street
Westwood Drive	South Columbia Street	South Columbia Street”

Section 2.  This ordinance shall become effective May 8, 2006.
