AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING TRUCK REGULATIONS (2006-05-08/O-3)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

Section 1. Section 21-6 of the Town Code of Ordinances, “Trucks” is hereby amended by deleting the following: |

Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective May 8, 2006. |
