SUBJECT:      Quarterly Update of Council Goals

At the Council Planning Session on January 12, 2006, the Council established its goals and priorities for the year. The attached update is provided on these goals and priorities.

2006 COUNCIL GOALS AND IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

This plan proposes a schedule for achieving the Town Council’s goals and priorities discussed at the Council’s January 12, 2006 Planning Session. Items are categorized into: Highest Priority, Second Priority, and Third Priority. We have highlighted the May 8, 2006 update.

We note that the proposed implementation plan is for the calendar year. For example, a target timetable date of “First Quarter 2006” refers to the period January – March 2006.
