A RESOLUTION DELAYING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE LAND USE MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT REGARDING CHANGEABLE AND MOVEABLE SIGNS (2006-05-15/R-1)

WHEREAS, on May 15, 2006, the Town Council opened a Public Hearing on an amendment to the Land Use Management Ordinance to the Town’s sign ordinance; and

WHEREAS, the Planning Board will continue their discussion of the proposed amendment at the June 6, 2006 Planning Board meeting;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendment to Changeable or Movable Signs Outside of the Town Center zoning districts shall be considered at the June 19, 2006 meeting.
