SUBJECT:      Recommendation on appointment to the Historic District Commission

Recommendation:     The Commission asked that the Town Council appoint Catherine Frank and Louise Winstanly to the Historic District Commission.  The Commission also request that the Council delay appointment of the last 2 vacancies so that they can continue to recruit members from the historic districts, architects, or persons with a background in historic preservation.
