SUBJECT:      Reappointments to the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board

The Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board has been actively meeting for about 18 months and is just beginning to gain momentum.  The first term of five members of the Town’s Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board expires on June 30, 2006.  These members and their affiliations are shown below.

Philip Berke	Residential property owners
Philip Post	Business owners or employees
Tony Bayless	Business owners or employees

All five of these members have applied for reappointment.  They are enthusiastic, committed, and dedicated to the Council’s mission of providing a comprehensive stormwater management program.  For these reasons and to maintain the Advisory Board’s continuity, we respectfully request that the Town Council reappoint Karen Vanderwall, Donald Brewer, Philip Berke, Philip Post, and Tony Bayless to the Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board.
