A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT COUNCIL MEMBER(S) TO A STREETSCAPE COUNCIL COMMITTEE (2006-06-12/R-14)

WHEREAS, on May 22, 2005, the Council adopted a resolution authorizing the use of $100,000 - $125,000 in available Streetscape bond funds to hire an urban lighting specialist and an urban designer/landscape architect; and

WHEREAS, the Council also wanted a Council Committee formed to assist the Town Manager in the selection of a lighting specialist and urban designer/landscape architect; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council appoints Council Member(s)
to assist the Town Manager in the selection of a lighting specialist and urban designer/landscape architect.
