SUBJECT:      Board Member Appointments

At its May 23, 2006 meeting members of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board considered applications for two vacant Chapel Hill member seats on the Board.

The Board voted in favor of the application by Jed Dube for continued service on the Board and in favor of the application by Perri Morgan.

Vote    5 - 1

Aye:    Brian Decker, Tab Combs, Dave Love, Audrey de Nazelle and Ray Piplani

Nay:    Wendy Sarratt

Dissenting view: Wendy Sarratt supported the application by Jed Dube.
