AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING (2006-06-26/O-7)

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill as follows:

Section 1. Section 21-27.2.4 of the Town Code of Ordinances, “Parking Time Limits”, is hereby amended by adding the following:

“(b) On Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., parking will be limited to two hours on the following:

Street	Side	From	To
San Sophia Drive	Both	Full Length
Telluride Trail	Both	Full Length”

Section 2.  This ordinance shall become effective August 10, 2006.
