SUBJECT:      Ordinance Establishing the Town’s Position Classification and Pay Plan effective September 26, 2006

PURPOSE

 

Enactment of the attached Ordinance would establish the Town’s Position Classification and Pay Plan effective September 26, 2006.  

 

DISCUSSION

 

The Ordinance would authorize special adjustments for certain fire and inspections positions as discussed by the Council. The Ordinance would establish new positions (listed below) as proposed in the Manager’s Recommended Budget and discussed by the Council.

RECOMMENDATION

 

That the Council enact the attached amendment to the Ordinance.
