A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER AMENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DOWNTOWN SERVICE DISTRICT (2006-04-24/R-4.1)

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby schedules Public Hearings for 7 pm, May 22, 2006, in the Council Chambers, of Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd,  for the purpose of considering amending the boundaries of the Downtown Service District and directs the Town Manager to take the other steps required by North Carolina General Statutes in order for the Council to consider the proposed extensions and reductions of the Downtown Service District Boundaries described in the Manager’s report to the Town Council dated April 24, 2006.
