A RESOLUTION APPROVING ACTIVITIES FOR THE 2006-2007 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM (2006-04-24/R-7)
WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill held two public hearings to receive ideas from citizens about how Community Development Block Grant funds could be spent in 2006-2007;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that based on the Town’s allocation of $598,309 of Community Development Block Grant funds, the Town Council approves the following 2006-2007 Community Development Block Grant Program Plan:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the Manager to incorporate the 2006-2007 Community Development Plan into the Consolidated Plan developed with Orange County, Hillsborough and Carrboro for submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
