ADVISORY BOARD ACTION

Subject:                      Bicycle Loan Program

Meeting Date:            June 27, 2006

Recommendation: The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board received a presentation and revised proposal including business and financial plans from SURGE (Students United for Responsible Global Environment) and the “Recyclery". The Board supports the proposal as described in the attachment and endorses the request for funds to start up and operate the program.
